Crafty Cotillioners @ the CTA Craftstravaganza!
This past Sunday was the CTA Craftstravaganza, a crafty fundraiser for the Columbus Torah Academy. It was great to see so many creative and talented vendors all in one spot! Everyone's table set-ups were just perfect and the space felt really bright and inviting. It was a great time for shoppers and vendors alike.
Here are a few photos of some of the Crafty Cotillion members who participated in the Craftstravaganza:
Olivera from Wholly Craft (plus the lovely AmyD)
Emily Westenhouser from Umbrella Girl Productions with her sewn stationery & headbands

A Craft Revolution!
Check out the article about some of Columbus' hip crafters in the Life & Arts section of today's Dispatch! Also noteworthy is the additional info about upcoming indie craft events in Columbus. This has been a great week in the press for the Crafty Cotillion! It's refreshing to see that publications such as the Dispatch take note of the independent stuff happening around our city and really see the value in it. Hopefully, articles like these will turn more people on to the idea of buying local, handmade products.
